Eric Yang

Executive Director

Eric is a dedicated advocate focused on addressing the increasing encroachment of artificial intelligence on workers and jobs across Canada. Passionate about protecting Canadians who seek entry-level jobs, he champions the rights of individuals whose livelihoods are threatened by AI-driven automation.

Eric actively engages in lobbying efforts at both the federal and provincial levels, urging policymakers to implement worker protections against AI. He is a vocal critic of the current legislative direction of the federal government, highlighting the AIDA Act's lack of comprehensive regulation concerning AI's employment impacts and expresses significant concern over the new federal budget's failure to provide meaningful safeguards for workers facing job displacement.
